Our registered physiotherapists assess movement, strength and tissue tolerance before building a plan — not the other way around. Common reasons patients see us include:

  • Low back and neck pain, sciatica, and disc-related symptoms
  • Shoulder, knee and hip pain, including pre- and post-surgical rehab
  • Concussion management and vestibular rehab
  • Chronic pain, mobility loss, and balance or fall-risk concerns

Most patients are seen within the week, and every plan includes hands-on treatment plus a home program built around what you can realistically stick to.

Massage therapy at our clinic is coordinated with your physiotherapy file, not scheduled in a vacuum. That means your RMT knows what your physiotherapist is working on, and vice versa.

  • Direct billing available for most extended health plans
  • Registered therapists with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
  • Appointments available alongside or independent of a physiotherapy plan

We've worked with WSIB claims for two decades — from initial assessment through functional abilities forms and graded return-to-work planning. If you've been injured on the job in Sarnia or Lambton County, we handle the paperwork so you can focus on recovery.

  • Approved WSIB service provider
  • Functional abilities evaluations and progress reporting
  • Direct communication with employers and case managers when needed

Whiplash and other accident-related injuries need assessment and documentation that holds up with your auto insurer, not just treatment. We've supported patients through motor vehicle accident claims for two decades.

  • Whiplash-associated disorder assessment and treatment
  • Documentation coordinated with auto insurance claims
  • Progress reporting for adjusters and legal representatives when needed

Not every ache comes from an injury or a claim. Stiff joints, arthritis, general mobility loss, and the aches that build up over years of work or activity deserve the same hands-on assessment as anything else — just without the paperwork.

  • Arthritis and joint stiffness management
  • General mobility and strength maintenance as you age
  • Preventive and maintenance exercise programs

Return-to-sport isn't a feeling — it's a set of benchmarks. We build rehab programs in stages, testing strength, control and load tolerance at each step before clearing you for the next.

  • ACL, ankle, hamstring and shoulder injury rehab
  • Sport-specific strength and movement retraining
  • Return-to-play testing and clearance documentation for coaches and teams

Training and recovery needs change after 50 — not because you're slowing down, but because tendons, joints and recovery windows genuinely work differently than they did at 25. This stream is built for masters athletes and active older adults who have no intention of giving up the sports and activities they love.

  • Load and training modifications that protect joints without sidelining you
  • Arthritis-aware programming for runners, golfers, cyclists and lifters
  • Longer-term strength and mobility maintenance built around your goals, not just your age
